An annual event, Timber Festival is a weekend festival of celebration, debate and reflection in the National Forest. The team behind Timber are providing us with our own space at the site so we can bring All The Elements to the festival in a big way, running our own programming over the entire weekend. We can’t wait to bring a new range of voices, sessions, themes and conversations to the space!

Our vision for the area is to combine the sharing of lived experiences, skills and perspectives demonstrating new ways to engage, empowering ways to be and explore in nature. Bringing together a dynamic range of voices, collaborative workshops and open conversations invite you to learn, share and see what’s available when you invite everyone in.

This partnership builds on our work with Timber in 2022, where we brought together a panel of community members - swimmer Eden Elgeti, filmmaker Frit Tam and community leader Simms from Peak Queer Adventures - to speak alongside a showing of Patagonia’s film They / Them.

We are so excited to be able to share the knowledge and excitement of our community at a festival - let’s be honest we are really festival energy after all! This event joins our exciting 2024 event programme, which sees the return of The Outdoor Connection and The Summit, as well as online socials and events.

In the coming weeks, we’ve got more information to share with you about the sessions we’ll be running and the community members you’ll be hearing from at the festival. There will also be an opportunity for you to have your say in what sessions you’d like to see and a community-run space within our area that we will be actively looking for collaborators for.

But for now, please save the dates 5-7th July and find out more about booking tickets below! We’d love this to be an opportunity for the community to gather in person and celebrate together. - We cannot wait to see you there!

We’re excited to be running this space in partnership with Timber Festival, and kindly supported by Patagonia.

How to book tickets

We’re so excited to have this opportunity to gather in person as a community and want to make sure it is as accessible and affordable for as many people as possible.

Timber have provided us with a limited number of weekend festival tickets that include camping and a full festival pass (for the whole festival, not just our area!) available for £60pp for the All The Elements community (usually £200).

We also have a %25 discount code available exclusively to the All The Elements community and for our wider networks.

If you would like to join us but cannot afford to do so, even with the ticket offers above, please reach out to a member of the All The Elements team or email us hello@alltheelements.co

To register your interest in either an All The Elements £60 special offer ticket (limited availability) or to receive a 25% discount code for Timber Festival please complete this form and we will send you a discount code that you can use to book a ticket. (If you are unsure if you qualify as a ‘member’ of the community, please reach out to us and we can clarify but if you have attended our online or offline events, had a one-to-one call with us or received support directly from us in another format, we consider you to be part of our community! Hi 👋🏾)

Have an idea of a session you’d like to run?

In our central programme design, we will be collaborating with community members and leaders within the outdoors. However, we have been provided with a platform at Timber that we want to share more widely than just our set programming, and so we will have a community-run space within the All The Elements area where YOU are in charge of the programming and have the opportunity to showcase what is unique and special about your work in the outdoors.

This could be anything from a kit try on to a mini meet up, a dance session to a campfire conversation or so much more.

If you have an idea of an event you’d like to run we’d love to hear from you and help you to make it a reality! The leader running each session in the space would receive a complimentary ticket, however, please note that this space is additional to our main festival programming and as such there is no additional budget allocated for it (this year - we’re working on it for 2025!).

If you have a vision for how you’d like to use the space, please let us know here.
