This fund provides unrestricted grants to organisations who are delivering sport or physical activity to improve health and wellbeing, reduce inequality and/or empower communities. Priority is given to organisations operating in areas of high deprivations (Indices of Multiple Deprivation 1-3).

Applicants must demonstrate support to one or more of the following underrepresented groups; people living in areas of high deprivation, women and girls, people from racially diverse communities, people living with disabilities, and individuals from the LGBTQ+ community.

Funding round dates differ depending on where your organisation is based:

• For organisations based in the South of England, West of England and Wales, funding rounds are 5th August, 9am - 1st September, 12pm

• For organisations based in the East of England, North of England and Scotland, funding rounds are 24th June, 9am - 1st July, 12pm and 24th September 9am - 1st October, 12pm
