All The Elements Impact Report 2024-2025
We are pleased to release our 2024-2025 Impact Report, which highlights the work that All The Elements has carried out over our financial year from September 2024- August 2025. In a tricky year for diversity in society as a whole, we are proud to have continued to support our community of those underrepresented and systemically excluded from the outdoors to continue to access the UK outdoors.
Whether it’s through our WhatsApp community chats, where on average 75 messages are exchanged each month, our online events that have welcomed over 100 people, or through our two core in-person events, we continue to see the power of coming together first hand.
Reflecting on the report, All The Elements Founder Soraya has shared “I am grateful that this year we have achieved what we set out to do. We wanted and needed a re-centreing and re-balancing year, where we focused on our core aims and worked on the next evolution of our regular offerings - strengthening, adjusting and realigning.
This was made possible by our amazing team, funders, supporters and the community who all showed up in different ways to help us stabilise and develop. It feels like we are in a really great place to evolve further in 2026.”
