We’re Hiring! Raven Network Co-Lead

Job Role: Raven Network Co-lead

Closing Date for Applications: 12th August 2026

Interview Date: 20th August 2026

About The Raven Network

The Raven Network was established in 2020 as an informal peer support network for global majority staff working across the nature conservation sector. The sector is the least diverse after farming, so members of staff regularly feel isolated and experience racial discrimination. The Raven Network made provision for people of colour to join a cross-sector peer support space as often staff of colour are too few to form a group internally. In addition, The Raven Network has identified that the output of the sector is also marred by the colonial legacy of the UK and has set about working on describing how to decolonise nature conservation as we recognise it today.

About the role:

The role is brand new. The Raven Network is currently being incubated by All The Elements until it establishes itself as its own entity. The purpose of this role is to undertake work to work towards The Raven Network becoming independent and self-sustaining at the end of the funding period (July 2028). This will involve researching and co-creating Raven's ways of working, values and testing its purpose and ambition. Alongside this, the role will take on responsibility for leading Raven’s current peer support group and managing its membership.

Location: Remote. Potential for occasional in-person meetings.

Type of role: Employed.

Part time: 3 days per week (0.6 FTE). Initially this role will be 2 days a week, but this will be discussed with the successful candidate.

Fixed Term: 16 months initial contract with potential to become permanent.

Salary: £45,000pa pro rata

Start Date: September 2026.

How to apply: Please send an email to ravennetwork@alltheelements.co with more details about yourself, why you think you’d be a good fit for this role and why the role interests you (500 word maximum). Shortlisted applicants will be asked to send us a CV and be invited to interview via Zoom.
