WELCOME TO ALL THE ELEMENTS
All The Elements CIC is a nonprofit community leading on access and representation in the UK outdoors.
We support the grassroots changemakers breaking down barriers for underrepresented and systemically-excluded groups. Bringing together those with a vision for a more diverse and accessible outdoors, to form connections, learn from each other, scale their work and connect more people with nature.
We are the only organisation in the UK outdoor sector undertaking this work across all disciplines, outdoor activities and all diversity areas. Members include leaders of community groups, researchers, outdoor and sport instructors, photographers and filmmakers, authors and journalists, employees of government bodies and outdoor media organisations. Diversity areas covered include ethnicity, gender identity, sexuality, invisible and visible disabilities, limited financial means, age, body type and more.
Community and collaboration are at the heart of the work we do - You’re welcome to join us!
